  2/20/13 I called My Dream Scene at (855) 256-2876 and spoke with a rep named Terry. He said they no longer cater to this product. I asked him when they did "cater to it" and he said about a year ago. I informed him that when these complaints were posted the company "catered to this product". He informed me that they have got many calls from us and haven't heard back from the head office. I asked him if that means they have no interest in addressing the complaints, and he said he has no answer because they are a third party call center. I will update as more information becomes available.
